About
The Complexity Laboratorium Utrecht (CLUe) is part of the Utrecht University Focus Area Foundations of Complex Systems (http://www.uu.nl/en/research/complex-systems-studies). The aim of the CLUe is to reduce the barriers of scientists to use concepts and techniques from Complexity Science and to stimulate interaction among researchers from different fields.
The first phase of the CLUe consists of the CLUe website, the CLUe server, and the bimonthly CLUe lunch meetings. The goal of this phase is to provide a web-based service to help researchers to “discover” the existence of Complexity Science software, and assist them in “deciding” whether a software will be suited to solve the problems/questions posed in their specific projects.
